Volley Ball

Volleyball has to be the greatest ever summer activity. The sand, the women, and alcohol make for one great holiday experience. The real fun is in playing volleyball though. It is fast paced, requires intricate teamwork and provides near endless entertainment.

I often watch volleyball on TV when the season comes in, it really is a great game to watch. Volleyball is great because it has plenty of the action of other games, but smaller teams, smaller courts, and a slight tendency towards violence make this a much more entertaining sport in my opinion. Watching volleyball lets you admire the tactics, the co-ordination and the skill involved in this great summer sport.

Playing volleyball takes quite a lot of practice, there is a lot of skill in not only hitting the ball just right, but also learning to play with your team to ensure perfect passes and split second reactions. The intense reactions required to succeed at this game mean that it is a little too fast for some people. However for others it is the perfect summer vacation sport.
